Terms and Conditions of Sale – Sala Flamenca Almoraima

These terms and conditions govern the purchase of tickets for flamenco dance performances offered by FERNANDEZ FERNANDEZ CANO S.L. through the website salaflamenca-almoraima.com or at the physical venue. By purchasing a ticket, the customer accepts these terms.

2. Purchase Process

Tickets for performances can only be purchased through our payment gateway (TPV). When making a purchase, the customer must:

  • Select the date of the performance.
  • Choose the type of ticket from the following options:
    • Standard ticket (no drinks): €25.
    • Ticket with drink included: €28.
    • Premium ticket: €45.
    • Free for babies up to 4 years old.

The price of tickets may vary depending on the selected option and will be clearly displayed before completing the purchase.

3. Virtual Tickets – No Physical Shipping

All tickets purchased through our platform are virtual and do not involve any physical shipping. Once the purchase is completed, the customer will receive a confirmation email with the event details and a ticket receipt.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid email address during the purchase process.

In case the confirmation email is not received, the customer must contact us via email at info@salaflamenca-almoraima.com to resolve the issue.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds for cancellations by the customer:

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the start of the event: The customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event or in case of no-show: No refund will be issued.

To request a cancellation, the customer must contact us via email at info@salaflamenca-almoraima.com or by phone at (+34) 623 27 15 76, providing the reservation details.

Cancellations by the organization:
In case the performance is canceled for reasons attributable to Sala Flamenca Almoraima, the customer will be offered the choice of:

  • A full refund of the amount paid.
  • A date change for another available performance.

5. Age Restrictions

There are no age restrictions for attending the performances. People of all ages are welcome. However, minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

6. Entry and Access to the Event

  • Tickets are personal and non-transferable.
  • Customers must present their reservation confirmation (in physical or digital format) upon arrival at the event.
  • Access to the performance will begin at the time specified for the event. Customers are encouraged to arrive in advance to ensure a smooth experience.

7. Changes to the Terms and Conditions of Sale

FERNANDEZ FERNANDEZ CANO S.L. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will not affect purchases already made.
